Coffee Yogurt and Coffee – Can You Have Them Both at the Same Time?

If you are like me, you absolutely detest coffee and any related products. I find that as soon as the smell of coffee wafts through the house, it ruins the day. But how can I enjoy my cup of coffee if I am always thinking about the smell? Well, all you need is coffee yogurt and you can have your cup of coffee or yogurt anytime! Here’s how it works.

You’ve probably heard about coffee yogurt or probiotics before. Yogurt has long been considered a good remedy for bad breath and has recently been shown to be effective at eliminating harmful bacteria in your digestive system. This is the same bacteria responsible for keeping yeast in check. If you have an infection in this area, the presence of certain bacteria can actually keep the yeast from growing and spreading out of control.

If you decide to make a cup of coffee-flavored yogurt, it will start out with regular plain yogurt and then replace the yogurt with some coffee. Make sure you use decaffeinated coffee if you want the full effect. Place the coffee yogurt in your mug first, and then add the coffee. Turn the coffee off immediately after you have finished it. You will not want to mix yogurt with coffee because the coffee may become too strong and sour for you.

Once you have brewed the coffee, add it to a pot or a container and cover it. Let the coffee brew for about a minute and then remove it. Leave the pot or container in the refrigerator overnight and you will get that fresh smell in your morning wake-up call!

A few weeks from now, it’s time to try out some balsamic vinegar. You will be able to smell the musty smell of vinegar almost as soon as it has been harvested. It will have a very distinct smell of garlic. Try simmering some water in a pot or pan over low heat. When the smell of vinegar hits you, it will make your morning hours feel much fresher.

When making coffee and yogurt recipes, it’s always important to have them both in the same container. That way, you can just use the yogurt without any fear of it changing its taste. Some people who are sensitive to coffee will enjoy using the coffee yogurt in their recipes. But, others will find that they will quickly develop a taste for the vinegar. Just remember that coffee should never be added to vinegar unless you are making a delicious coffee-flavored drink.
